Terms of Service — Autopilot Agent

1. The service

Autopilot Agent helps creators upload, schedule, and automate video publishing to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and generate AI-assisted videos.

2. Your responsibilities

• You own the content you upload or generate. Do not upload content you do not have rights to.
• You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
• AI-generated videos on the Free plan include a small watermark.
• Do not abuse the service (spam, circumventing limits, reselling access).

3. Plans & billing

• Free: Rs 0 — 2 uploads/day, 3 AI videos/month, ads shown.
• Pro: Rs 999/month — higher limits, no ads.
• Studio: Rs 2,999/month — includes ~3 AI-generated videos/month; extra AI credits sold separately.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Refunds follow the app store's policy.

4. AI-generated content

• "Stock Mode" videos use licensed stock footage; "AI Generate Mode" videos are created by third-party AI providers. We do not guarantee uniqueness.
• You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with platform policies.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Platform API changes beyond our control may temporarily affect features.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for abuse or non-payment. You may cancel anytime.
